A basal cell carcinoma is caused by resolving a separation conflict, Cathie. It is possible to resolve such issues. It takes a bit of work, but it is possible.

Hi Carol, I had chronic lumbar spine pain for 15 years. I have now fully resolved it.
Shaking is generally caused by fluid in your brain. The brain is trying to clear the fluid.
Both issues can be resolved.
