It’s definitely depressing when you hear the truth about all this stuff. The Invisible Rainbow is an eye opener. I’ve still got about 70 pages left to read and it’s been difficult. My family doesn’t want to hear this type of information, they’d rather stay in denial. Going for walks helps me keep sane.
When disclosure comes to all be sure to be there for your family. It will be extreme for them cuz they will be getting it all at once! It will be harder for them. We at least got the truths at different times. I got them all pretty fast as daily diet n no gaps hardly. ❤️✨

My son, the boy who relishes technology, stated today that we need a Clarington event. I had to ask what that was. I suspect that’s what Jeanice is getting at. Two months ago, not being able to afford all of this protective gear, I started praying to GOD and asking HIS protection from AI, emfs, infiltration into our bodies by nano tech etc…The poor deserve to be protected as well as the rest of the people on this planet. Who better to protect us?
Margaret - just so you know, I was DIRT POOR when I got sick in 2018. I had to ask people for help to get some of the protective devices I needed. I went into debt to get the faraday canopy that took me several years to pay off at $50 per month, but I did it. I asked God for help not just to protect me but to help me pay for the things I needed. And God did help. So did many of my friends.
I hear a high frequency noise almost daily but not continuously, thank God. The biggest issue I have is sleep or lack of sleep. If I sleep 6 straight hours that’s considered a good sleep for me, otherwise it’s 3-4 hours then I wake and getting back to sleep is extremely difficult. Consequently I’m exhausted.
It's important to unplug all wireless devices when sleeping. This includes cordless phones and smart TVs and wifi routers. UNPLUG THEM. This is the only way to stop them from jackhammering you with microwave pulses all night long. Turn off all cell phones. Do whatever you can to create a radiation-free field to sleep in. It's not easy but anything you do along these lines will help. If you have a smart meter, call the electric company and tell them you want it OFF the house -- that you want the "opt-out". I hope this helps.
