I hear a high frequency noise almost daily but not continuously, thank God. The biggest issue I have is sleep or lack of sleep. If I sleep 6 straight hours that’s considered a good sleep for me, otherwise it’s 3-4 hours then I wake and getting back to sleep is extremely difficult. Consequently I’m exhausted.
It's important to unplug all wireless devices when sleeping. This includes cordless phones and smart TVs and wifi routers. UNPLUG THEM. This is the only way to stop them from jackhammering you with microwave pulses all night long. Turn off all cell phones. Do whatever you can to create a radiation-free field to sleep in.
