You only have to LOOK at most Doctors and you want to run a mile as they all look horrific and unhealthy. I worked in hospitals and was disgusted at their diet and their mindset - totally ignorant of any nutrients / diet/ metabolic syndromes

Thank you for another smashing interview, I think many are afraid of the keto diet, because they think it’s extremely strict, but I believe it can be flexible (correct me if I’m wrong), as long as you can leave out sugar. I won’t be able to make the conference but I wish everyone well and hope we can have more insights into how we can make it work. ✨💛✨
I just passed a local GP this morning and they were overweight, red in the face and not looking well at all. It made me think of you, Live5D Health and all the amazing people stepping into health sovereignty natures way and how we've been brainwashed into thinking nature is against us. The madness. Nature's way is my way for the rest of my days on this prison planet!! and to enjoy it all too... 😁
