For some reason, my higher self, Azamir, thought ¹I should make other humans aware of exopolitics; that is, the workings of councils of elders in other space-time continuum.
I don't expect anyone to understand this but for what it's worth to you, here it is.
Exopolitics is very different from earth politics and is not conducted on a bi-partisan basis.
On my first journey to SiriusB, I was asked to appear before the Sirian Council where I gave my views on the problems, as I saw them at the time, on earth. Looking back, many of my assertions, then, they were very naive and narrow, but at the time, I spoke about our history of wars, famines, and the lowering of morals and values on earth, but also spoke about the great deeds of courage, and acts of kindness that humans are capable of, my own history and experiences of being human and bade their understanding and assistance.
On my second and last visit to SiriusB, I was asked if I would like to attend an inter-galactic council meeting, but where I would not be permitted to speak or telepath (I had to stay neutral) and I would simply be an observer. I was very excited to attend, and I was transported. with others, in a very advanced space vehicle to another location, and did not know where it was.
It was conducted in a huge crater, and each speaker would telepath their message from the center of the crater. There were thousands of beings there, of different sizes, shapes and forms, representing many inter-galactic councils.
There were various species of beings there; includian the avians; the feline and leonine races; the reptilian and dracos; the regal and wise mantis races; the insectoid races; the tall grey Zeta's; many humanoid-looking races; the primate races; the bovine races; the carnivore races; the species of vertebrate fish races; the crustacion races; and just about every species on earth was there, and many derivatives of them all. It was amazing to behold.
Everything was orderly, polite and respectful.
The speakers brought many topics to the council and everyone listened intently. The sirian and pleiadian council races raised the topic of Sol, Urtha (earth) and our solar system, and it was agreed by many that intervention within the protocols of intervention, were required.
My higher self explained to me later that higher councils don't vote, they simply create a standing scalar wave, by their consensus and agreement, to create what was agreed upon, and let the universal design and creation template take care of the details.
Our thoughts and emotions; and agreements; have the same effect of creating a standing scalar wave that interacts with our reality field.

Regarding White Hat control, I think the easiest way to think of it is: yes they have a lot of control - more than ever since this war began in modern times, and gaining more each day. However, they do not control everything, and the bad guys still have some cards to play left and some way. Like, they don’t control you or me or all of us in general, just as no person or group fully controls the whole - nor would you want that or they would be no better than the bad guys.
When you realize we live in a duality there can't be a good without bad, love without fear. And maybe white hats without bad hats. When we choose to end this duality I believe only then can we become a creature of love. jmo
Indeed. Well that’s what we’re all doing/attempting to do: move out of the Duality into Love/Compassion (4D+) and/or Unity Consciousness (5D+). And it’s just the beginning. I feel it will take at least several decades to really crystallize, and several centuries to fully crystallize.
Yes and No (lol) I don't believe everyone is ready to release from being in a duality and so, yes, that's why it would take several decades to crystalize or longer. However, if you can imagine a second "earth" that holds only those that choose no duality and live in love and this earth the remaining (probably 80% it's been estimated) stay in the duality then actually once you make that decision, I would think it would be instant. Because your surrounded by like-minded. Look forward to seeing you on there.
