As the world gets closer to the edge, is it possible that it is actually us that is creating all this?

Have we been infiltrated and attacked, or have we created all that in order to develop our souls, heal and prepare for ascension? I don't have all the answers, but I am an Apocaloptimist and I do know we always have the choice between fear and love.
